    Hell yes!

200X took what Filmation did and updated it for modern times. Love the action, continuity AND the larger focus on the other characters.

I totally agree with you MGM, these 200X era Cartoons have had a lot of action scenes, epic fights, and entraining solid stories as their comic counterparts. Too bad the saga didn't continue, there was sooo much potential for it to be one of the best cartoon series ever made in the Fantasy genre IMHO.

So, I've linked six new episodes today, just incase I cannot make it tomorrow with my busy schedule. Of course you always can go straight ahead to You-Tube and watch all the episodes right there especially if you're on you're computer.
I'm basically embedding the videos right here for your viewing pleasure.

If MOTU ever gets a 3rd animated series go-around, I hope that stylistically, it's something between MYP and Filmation. A series with the character driven, universe building over arching narrative and continuity of MYP, but with the scope, beauty, depth of lore/balance of mystery and family focus of Filmation. But then, that's probably a little off topic...

Whenever I watch the series, I usually try and re-watch the first trailers to try and remember the shear joy of the anticipation of it all.

                  Toonami bumpers/promos.

I just added 6 new episodes from season two (30-35) cause I won't be able to add anything tomorrow. Enjoy if you're keeping up with the series...

Next time I'll be adding the last four episodes made to conclude what was published by the MYP team.

Super 7 should make Episode 40.

I would be shocked if Super7 ever made that, as it would be VERY expensive to make. The best hope would be for Dreamworks to make it for Netflix, or something of that nature.

That would be awesome, but I think the series needs a lot more than just one episode to have a decent ending!... However, they could produce episode 40 as a 2hr movie and patch things up in an acceptable manner!

They could do a kickstarter campaign to fund it, it's very doable if enough fas invest in it.

To do a 22 minute episode of an MYP cartoon in a professional manner would cost over $500,000 (at a minimum). That just won't happen. Even if they did a Kickstarter, it would be very hard to reach that goal. Filmation and MYP are two very different animation styles. MYP is way more expensive to produce. If they did it "on the cheap", it wouldn't gel with the previous episodes that came before it.

Wow, 1/2 million for 22 minutes!!! No wonder why Mattel pulled the plug that early...

Do you mind me asking what is your source for that minimum cost per episode?
I'm so out of touch with how modern cartoons are produced. I'd like to brush up on my archaic knowledge.

Well I can dream. I still can't believe they cut the cord on this with 1 episode left in the second season. What a piss off!

I feel like the only one who thinks Ep. 40 comic was a lackluster story? He-Man goes full PoG, (YOU NEVER GO FULL PoG!!! You see what that did to King Grayskull?!?!?) Zodac and Sorceress unleash all they have summoning the CoE and they collectively Death Star Trench run all over Snake Mountain. Hiss is "killed", The Snakemen are defeated, the royal palace is retaken. The heroes practically have a Medal Ceremony...Meanwhile Skeletor's back where he belongs, and Hordak is just on the other side of a door Evil-Lyn just can't wait to open. MVCreations gave us a great bridge story between ep 38 and 39 that made us salivate for moar moar,. It even added a layer to the timeline by giving us an origin for The Faceless One, nods to late 90's group think about Keldor/Nameless One and a logical explanation for why he-man's sword did what it even though King Grayskull didn't know it could do that...

So what happens the next day in episode 40? King Hiss regenerating almost immediately and drafts "once a snakeman always a sankeman" Duncan. It feels feals like a tack on and basically upends the grand finally. It's like watching what is clearly the end of a fireworks display and then a couple unfired smaller ones get set off. Honestly, I kind of hate that it became canon...At least with a lot of the potential season 3 stuff all that stuff was "well we'll probably do this, and most likely do that and this would have happened" so it isn't as firm as final set in stone as Episode 40 mini comic is.It's just so anti clmatic. It works better as a a season premier perhaps?

If anything, I think what would make the most sense is to adapt the DC comic Despara arc into a DTV. It's the "Hordak invades Eternia" story we all salivated for since his giant wizard o Oz head showed up...It can be a spiritual successor instead of a direct continuation of MYP. After all, that is essentially what the MVCreations comic was going to be right? They wanted to overwrite some of the continuity of MYP had established and introduce some more filmation elements. MYP, as awesome as it was, is dead. We can wish upon as many starts as we'd like, but I don't see Mattel investing what they consider to be a failed project. Yet who the hell am I to say that when Super7 basically says "we are going to make Vintage he-Ro and Eldor".

So are their any episode you skip because they are just that bad? Or if not skip, fast forward through parts of?
Sky War and Deep end are unbearable to me.

Any episodes that you use to dislike, but over the years it has grown on you?
Anwat Gar for me. As much as we all hated the toys that episode was trying to sell, I never thought the inherent concept of "samurai armor" was bad. It was the design and execution which was an eyesore which isn't as bad in animated form. Plus all the mythology that essentially came from that episode. The Gar as a name for the blue skinned race and the mythology (official and otherwise) that the community collectively made together all spring from the name of this episode.
