MotU Classics mini-comic Mossman

I want to know what you guys really think. I tried matching the head sculpt to the mini-comic even though his face kept changing. I also left out flocking so i definitely want feedback. (good or bad)

I don't like the source material at all, so it's hard for me to comment on the custom.

Hmm, he looks like that he got too many plastic surgeries which lead to his permanent disfigured swollen face, to be honest with you, I don't think his face looks anything like the one in the mini comic! I think you should give it another try with this figure.

Well the comic art shown here isn't too consistent, so I can see why the interpretation was a little confusing to execute. And I agree about Icer being a good guide to start with.

Looking at the comic, his face has smooth features in most of the panels. I would go for more of a Martian Manhunter look with the face, and then add the 'moss' hair and beard. A regular He-Man/Prince Adam head would probably work for this custom.

Either way would look good to me, but seeing him flocked would be interesting.

The face was off to me so that's why he's not flocked yet. I was thinking maybe ICER head as the base

I agree with you, the first face was ugly. I slapped it together quickly just to get suggestions.

First time I tried using green stuff and it was trickier than I thought. I'm just thankful for input from you guys.

Now if I could actually find that damn font I was using.
