Actually if you look at the artwork of Lady Maryweather, note the design of her kneepads as well. The bad guy logo is an amalgamation of her helmet design and her kneepad design.
Personally I do not see a Horde resemblance except maybe in colour scheme only. (but then what self respecting evil despot would not use red and black in their uniform!?!?)

I can see where you are coming from and will note it to the artist. We actually just used Lady MaryWeathers helmet as inspiration, but Your observation is true, and its something we should consider. Defenders of Eden
Hey everyone! Local Mechanic TechTrek here! Just wanted to share with the fans here on hemanworld, a project that a few of us MOTU fans have been working hard on for some time now. its called Defenders of Eden! A world filled with heroes and villains, Eden has become a place where all of my creations can grow, and along with a few other fan favorites, we hope to continue building the brand and property into something big! Comics, Toys, Stactions, Posters! Shirts! the list is never ending. My ultimate dream has always been to have my creations in a toy store. Maybe some day with your support! Andrew "ICEMAN" and CJ "Bearshow" are the two artists on the project, and have very much become family with it, even creating some characters of their own. I use the term Creator loosely on this project, because though I have created most of the bones, it would not be where it is today without those two guys. So with the 3 of us, and the support of many more, we have Defenders of Eden! take a look at our website, and please, we would love to hear what you have to say, feedback, thoughts, and any questions. I know that Andrew is a member on here, and the org as well, feel free to let us know what you think!
