He should really look into this matter. I would take legal action against them. What they have done is very shameful.
...And what is up with Lundgren's weird left arm, power sword, and mutated legs on that DVD? That is a major photoshop fail!
Compare it to the actual picture used in this cool Japanese poster, and you can easily spot the silly changes.
