I remember some of the movie figures being released that year (Blade, Saurod, etc.), but wasn't even aware of Tytus & Megator. Not surprising, given that I'm in the U.S. & these were only released in Europe.

It would be cool to see both of these character re-released in the Origins line, but given their extreme size & also the obscurity of the characters themselves - I somehow doubt this will happen. But, who knows?!
I'm just glad that you're enjoying these old topics and threads! There are a ton of them around to dig through and to discover...

And since we're talking about the giants here, Mattel has also hinted the 200X/MYP ABC giants in the box art of the Origins Wind Raider.

A lot of those characters showing up here and there could actually become Origins toys.

I'm glad that I don't collect the vintage figures as this time, otherwise I'd go crazy without having the complete original lineup!
