Here is an update about the exclusives from Power-Con 21:
UPDATE (OCT 5TH) ON ATTENDEE & NON-ATTENDEE EXCLUSIVES
Here is the latest update on the status of the Power-Con MOTU Origins exclusives.
As we mentioned on September 25th, finalizing all Attendee shipping quotes is bit slower going as we have to separate out non-toy items that have already been picked up by Attendees at the convention, and that process is a bit more involved than originally anticipated. Our apologies! We plan to start e-mailing Attendees very soon to see if Attendees want a refund on their MOTU Origins toy pre-orders or if they will pay S/H to send them their way.
As far as the MOTU Origins exclusives themselves:
• All of our Horde 4-Packs have arrived
• The Faker 2-Packs are still not here yet. Their delivery to us is now estimated to be late October
• The Grayskull accessory exclusives are not yet in route, and are now expected to be delivered to us anywhere from early-November to mid-November.
We are going to wait until we get the Faker 2-Packs before we proceed with any shipping. Once they arrive, we will fulfill Attendee orders first for those who just ordered 2-Packs and/or 4-Packs, followed by Non-Attendee orders for the same. Then once the Grayskull accessory packs arrive, we’ll handle the remaining orders (Attendees first, then Non-Attendees).
BBTS won’t get their stock until we ship it to them. Which means we have to get it first, then we’ll ship it off to BBTS while we continue to work on customer orders made directly through Power-Con.
Fans saw that Mattel made extra of the Power-Con exclusives and pre-sold those the Monday after Power-Con. For those who have asked, we receive none of the sales from the extra that Mattel sold. But our exclusives will be slightly different than the ones pre-sold on Mattel Creations:
• the Power-Con logo will be at the top panel of each outside mailer box
• each exclusive will come with three trading cards:
4Pack comes with He-Man, Skeletor, Hordak
2Pack comes with She-Ra, Teela, Evil-Lyn
Grayskull Pack comes with Man-At-Arms, Beast Man, Mer-Man
If you pre-purchased one of each Power-Con exclusive, all nine cards come together to form the awesome MOTU Origins Castle Grayskull box art battle scene.
We know we are starting to sound like a broken record but we mean it when we say we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while this is sorted out. We know it’s been frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience that this situation has created for you. We’ll share more info as it becomes available.
