I'm from Egypt. I've been a fan of the MOTU series when I first watched the filmation He-Man and She-Ra series while growing up in the UK, I was such a fan I wanted to see the live action film (big mistake).
As far as I know the MOTU episodes weren't dubbed in Arabic but were show in the region with Arabic subtitles and the toys were available in the region as well.
