    Double Trouble? No.

    Double Mischef? No.

    Double Chin? Exactly.

Well, at least her double chin isn't as prominent in this video, the spotlights have created nice side shadows on her face... As for my opinion, I don't like this figure much, however I might try to get her if I even find her discounted just to place her on the Horde side, since I haven't subscribed to the Etheria sub.

I subscribed and I'm not pleased at all with this piece of crap. The "evil" face looks especially terrible. Those eyebrows are ridiculous.

This is one review that I have to disagree with. I think giving the figure the classic action feature was a HUGE mistake, becaus they clearly didn't have the talent to pull it off like the team from the 1980s did. The original figure looks way better than the mess they are giving us. Her face and helmet look terrible, and the long hair looks really bad too. The fact that the helmet can't move either and can only face in one direction (unlike Man-E-Faces) is terrible too. They should have skipped the action feature and just given her two heads: one good, and one evil. This figure is BY FAR the worst POP figure ever made.

I have to agree with you there Captain, the two separate heads idea could have been a much better solution... Also, the paint job on this figure is clearly a subpar to the earlier figures we had years ago.

How ridiculous is it that they were able to incorporate the action feature and still make it look good 30 years ago, but that head clown over in design couldn't get it right now? To me it's just an example of sheer out and out laziness. I have to say I disagree with this review of it, as it majorly glosses over the issue with how the head sculpt was handled. What should've been a stellar example of the Horseman's talent has been reduced to utter rubbish.

Agreed. During Comparison Time Double Trouple looks BETTER...The necklace and helmet look more natural fitting on the vintage figure. The paint on the hair is slopped on like a bad 90's Spawn figure...Not liking the cape, it looks unnatural flat (same thing on Razz...)

Oh, Scott... your imagination is soooo limitless.

Wonder if Dragstor's real name will be Garry Willson...

Hahaha, Scott probably doesn't know how to use the search engine to look for some inspiration!

Scott keeps using typical American/European/Western names for those characters/creatures who live in a fantasy universe that is different than our own. If his imagination is limited, he could've at least used some ethnic or unfamiliar names that sounded a little more interesting by googling some, after all, planet earth has so many countries and a multitude of cultures.
But it seems that he's so damn uncreative and/or carless for presumingly a writer... In other words, he is a joke!

A couple of positives to start off. That cape is nice, I would like to try it out on a couple of other characters.

She looks like her hands might be able to hold the horde troopers vintage style red staff two handed. Octavia can do this and looks great.
Bit disapointed by this one though, they really should have put more focus on getting those faces done right. The vintage figure beats the younger model hands down.

              Sure I'll chime in.

              1. Mattel failed to engineer a head that could have been swapped with the pre-existing Man-E-Faces action feature head. No surprise there.
              2. Mattel failed to use a creative (and accepted) fan concept that Double Trouble could actually have a sinister Snakeman look hidden beneath that visage. No surprise there.
              3. Mattel didn't choose a dark enough eye shadow. Please ad that to the already constant (and irrelevant) double chin complaints...

Over all feelings about this figure? Meh.

For me the worst thing is that the head doesn't turn left and right. And PD makes it sound as if this was also the case with MEF although his head turns left and right perfectly well.

I think Dan means that MEF and DM cannot look to their right or left without turning their waist.

Yes,Mechanizor. That's how I understand it as well. However, this is not accurate. MEF can look left and right just fine. DT can't. PD makes it sound as if this was not an issue because MEF couldn't do it, either. But that's simply not accurate.
It's the same in his Filmation color Kowl review where he claims Kowl can't turn his head just like the toy colour version.

I just went back to my MEF since I haven't touched him in a long time, and you were right, the helmet actually can turn sideways about 1/4 turns. Probably Dan forgot about that feature. (Man I forgot how much I love this figure)

Man-E-Faces from 200X and MOTUC can turn his head just fine. The only version that could not was the vintage figure. :manefaces:
