The last figure that made you over the moon happy?

Sky runner mentioned Scorpia. She turned out pretty damn good. Almost perfect in fact. Certainly not any "flaws". She's a character that I've ALWAYS wanted. But finally getting her? I didn't feel excited at all. It was like "well this is Scorpia". Nothing BAD. just "meh" and then that made me sad that I wasn't excited LOL. I wonder if it is because I have ACCEPTED that I'll never own a Shadow Weaver? TOTALLY "glass is half empty" way of looking at it, and admittedly kinda ****ed up, but then I don't get to decide how I feel
Modulok is AMAZING. I wasn't completely happy with the way he was engineered. I would have PREFERRED the joints lock into place like Trap Jaw's arms. I would have preferred all the figures to have that feature. It would have been nice, but then lots of things would be nice. It would be nice if we had action figures of everybody! It would also be nice if Digital river and Matty would go away and we could pick up these toys at the comic shop like Diamond Select and DC collectable. Wouldn't that be nice?

Well we do get bogged down with JUST complaining sometimes. Don't need a specific thread that is kind of silly IMO. But trying to look for positive things to talk about, a change of the emotional spectrum is a welcome change of pace from bitching about "lieguru" and "the vile one"hahah.

The NA figures are some of the BEST in Classics for just this reason! Awesome action features aside, I feel like these are the toys I was playing with in my head. I loved vintage NA, especially the vehicles and design for being different, but the sculpting and the scale/ lack of bulk was the ONLY determent IMO.

I just hope Saurod isn't bulky. His slenderness, like a salamander is one of the things I like about him. What about Karg? Are you going to make a custom or hire someone to do so?

I NEED SAUROD. I have always been fascinated by him, other than the sparks, he is the only dude to pull a gun on Skeletor. Plus I just think he looked incredible in the movie.

I've gotten most of my figures out of order from release date. Probably the last one was Jitsu. Despite flaws, I liked him much better than expected. Fascinated by that giant golden chopping hand

Oh sarcasm, no doubt that TG made the whole MOTU experience more like a nightmare for many of us...

Just took another a look at my Strongarm, what a magnificent action figure! Love Batros and Icer too.
This is a nice discussion, who said we needed a "positivity thread"? That's only for the weak-minded.

Do you mean MOTUC Mer-Man, or the actual vintage Mer-Man?
Still I'm surprised that none of the other figures that came after him had a similar impact on you!!!

None of them have given me that.
However, the NA figures such as Optikk, NA He-Man, Slush and soon to be Flogg have impressed me more than the others.
That is because their vintage counterparts were not the greatest.

Last favorite figure: Blade
Yeah, the swords should have been done better, but the figure itself turned out great. Can't wait to get Saurod.

I have to get in the WAYBACK Machine and say Fisto. Is it any wonder I'm dumping this line...?

Strongarm. Dreamed of it since seeing it on TV and its figure came out perfect.

This maybe hard to believe but i was glad to see Mekaneck when he was released, loved his figure as a kid,and love the figure now,not so much the whole build a neck but hey,its not Motuc without a flaw.

Guest repliedI've been really happy with many releases throughout the line. Whiplash, Bow, Shadoweaver, Snake Face, Catra, Shakoti, Slush-Head, (even though I revisited NA and yes, the cartoon is still almost unwatchable and feels nothing like He-Man) Scorpia and most recently Extendar to name a few.
