I'm 99% sure Evil-Seed will be the 200X sub-lure. Hopefully the damn thing will go through. There are still plenty of 200X characters I want before MOTUC kicks the bucket.Comment

Because I'm trying not to sub anymore with Matty, and I'm a big 200X fan, but with their exclusive sub figures trickery, I'm afraid that I have to commit to subbing if I don't wanna spend more money on the secondary market. In other words, I'm screwed if this actually happens. -

i've always hated evil seed, he's an evil version of mossman. he's as lame & unoriginal as reverse-flash & venom. & that god-awful FAILmation version better not be the crap they make.Comment

I find this post humorous. Just to throw out some of the obvious and familiar, Skeletor is a mirror image of He-Man. Akuma is a mirror image of Ryu. Venom is a mirror image of Spider-Man, and so on. Some of the most popular and memorable villains in all fiction are often dark, twisted reflections of the heroes.
Dualism is present in every single bit of media you enjoy, however Reverse-Flash is probably the single most poorly named example of it.

I'm hoping Evilseed will be his 200X appearance, or at least if they somehow try to make both versions in one, that his 200X look isn't compromised in order to achieve both looks.Comment

Evil Seed could very easily be a over sized figure with 2 torsos like Marlena to create both looks. He could simply have a cloak accessory (which yes, would be bulky over his large MOTUC buck) or have a smaller simple cloaked body to achieve the Filmation look.
Another option to increase the buzz over this figure (since some fans seem to like this, though personally I do not) would be the addition of bonus accessory for a future release.
Evil Seed's release will fly or fail, we'll just have to wait and see just how much foresight Scutt had before he left.Last edited by Guest; 10-20-2014, 07:37 AM.
