Defective Battle Ram

I am pleased to be one of few who recieved a half way decent Battle Ram. I wont go as far to say perfect because not one damn item in this line is perfect, but It is intact and doesn't have the reported glue splotches, missing parts, or paint app issues. My only gripe is the rear platform where figures can stand on the back... that is one flimsy piece right there.

Another prestigious item that includes Mattel's "Taken for the Ass" seal of approval.

Man, that really sucks.
This might be the first Battle Ram I've heard of that was defective. I hate that it was yours.

FYI if you make a fraud complaint, they will block any and all Mattycollector.com purchases. You'll have to call them each time you want to make a purchase, or else they'll assume your card is hacked and never allow authorization.

I'll take a pic after the holidays. I keep my collection at my office.

Yeah the whole panel that the left back handle is attached to is just missing. It was never glued on. Talk about PISS POOR quality control. Unreal.

The biggest item of the year and they sent me a piece of garbage. It is missing one of the back panels where the back handle is on the left side. The whole panel just wasn't glued on. It's not in the box and fell off, nothing, it just isn't there.
Un-****ing-believable!
I also paid $25 import and customs fees to Canada on this piece of trash.
Anyone ever get defective items replaced in Canada? What an outrageous hassle.
Screw you Mattel!
I only opened one BR from the three I've purchased, and I really hope the other two don't have such a disastrous defect!

Well they need to send more than a label. They need to pay my import fees too! If they don't I will be contacting Visa and making a formal fraud complaint. I'm not paying import duties twice on something that was their bloody fault!

Yeah, my Extendar was defective. Took a month for a new one to arrive. Best to contact them and they will email you a label to send it back.

Ugh, that's awful.
They do have replacement stock. No idea if you'd have to pay more import and customs fees
