Has anyone been recently successful changing their payment information on Matty?

I've been trying on so many different occasions to update my card info but that crappy site keeps giving me the Error page?!!! ... If this continues, the hell with the 2015 subscription, and I would call my CC bank to stop all the transactions!

I've found that calling them directly (if possible) is really worth it for stuff like this. Sucks to do but it is effective. And no, sadly I was never able to change my subscription or CC info without calling them, the only way was adding a completely new card from a completely different bank/company, and deleting everything else.

The thing is, I was able to do it in the past few years but for some reason in the past two months I couldn't get through, and I don't know if it's just my luck or something they did on purpose!
I don't like to give my financial info over the phone if it isn't a bank of mine I'm dealing with, and DR is something I don't wanna deal with at all when if comes to credit cards.
