Peekablue looks amazing. I hope she looks that good after she goes through production

That and maybe just a few more paint apps: mute the skirt a bit and some of that blue from her plume on her boots and bodice decal.

      Thoughts:

-Calix and Evil Seed, very nice. Although I think many people wanted the Filmation, bulbous headed Evil Seed, I genuinely think the 200X version is a better overall fit for the line. Speaking of a lack of truly unified aesthetics...
-We get most of the way through the POP line, and now with Peekablue they decide to go with heavy detailing? Really? FFS...
-They glued down Angella's pizza slice skirt in an attempt to hide it. The one in package also appears to be glued down - wonder if that will be the case for the release version? She does, at least, appear to really be coming with her unique, Filmation sword. I was afraid they'd replace it with a BG Teela sword prior to release.
-A new Roboto head! How wonderful. Now, if it comes with a new Roboto body, we'll be in business! Snark aside, very glad to see Hose Nose--er--Snout Spout and Clawful in there.
-Despite the "****itgoodenough" pose, Huntara is looking good.
-Genuinely shocked that they are continuing this giant figure nonsense. Who is buying these things?
-So, Mara is a thing. A thing that now exists. Good for her.

...so that's all really interesting, and I'd like to...wait...STOP THE PRESSES! What did he just say at about 2:17? A figure being released in July hasn't gone into final production yet? But, but...that's six months away? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? IT MUST BE WITCHCRAFT! THE WORK OF THE DEVIL!

Not bad overall but a giant bummer is,
Oo-Larr´s heads got both shrinked hair syndrom so it seems.
So my most anticipated fig(heads) decreased in coolness through the production process :-(

I really like Mara, which i didnt expect. Nice unique style she has.

Its great that those 200X heads are the sub exclusive, so i dont need to sub up and can cherry pic. Dont need those heads, as i prefer the vintage look of the originals

He's apparently not actually on the Toy Fair floor, so here is the Matty image of Ceratus. I genuinely thing he looks fantastic.

Thanks for posting that DA. He does look fantastic! I like how little the figure has in common with Whiplash, really helps him stand out.

'm really impressed with how well Mara turned out. I know nothing about her and couldn't have cared less if she was ever released, but I think the figure turned out great & I'll definitely keep her once she arrives.

Cool video. This guy is WAY better than Scott.

Notice the Grayskull poster in the back... that must be our next "map". Cool!

I was going to leave it alone as you are all well aware of my opinions, but since you brought it up, YES, it is GREAT to hear someone who can articulate clearly in a well-modulated voice about these figures for once, even if he stumbled a bit here and there.

No question about it. Way better than before.
For one, that other guy would have mentioned somewhere how Mattel was 'losing their shirts' on one of those designs.

Ceratus does look cool, and looks like he should provide the tools for even casual fans to help build a pretty good approximation of 200X Whiplash (Ceratus + alternate Whiplash head + scimitar-spear). Those willing to do even more customizing will be able to get closer, of course.

The Grayskull map poster was announced back at SDCC, but it's looking nice.

I was wondering for a while 'why is Snout Spout in the head pack?' before I realized 'this is probably the best way they could get us a head without decaying plastic'.

Peekablue is the best reveal for me, the rest is just kinda of meh.

Not a fan of the 200x era, so Evilseed and Ceratus do nothing for me at all, Calix came out better than expected though.

Other than the Snout Spout head as a back up, I have no need for the 200x head pack. But all of them are going into the extra parts box.

Even though I like New Adventures, I'm just not a fan of Mara at all, so her reveal was not exciting for me.

Sssqueeze looks great though, even if he's my least favorite Snake Men.

Wish the rumors of bigger stuff being shown had come true. Found it funny how Val was saying we would be blown away by the reveals and then we get this. Guess that's to be expected from someone who thinks an important character like Madame Razz shouldn't be made into a toy.

Snake Mountain or Talon fighter are still not off the table.......Mattel wants to sell the 200x sub first...still plenty of time in the year....watch for SDCC

Is the head pack part of the regular sub? Or is it part of the 200x sub?

I may have to get Calix - I've liked rock monsters ever since I was a kid and the Inhumanoids came out and I got Granok for my birthday.

I'll probably pass on the rest of the 200x stuff. Not my thing.

Giant Zodac turned out well. I hope they do Mer-Man. I'd have to get him
Heroic human battering ram, catapult, and space warp device.

Loving Mara. She looks really cool. Reminds me a bit of the Four Horsemen figure of Queen Alluxandra (Seventh Kingdom).

The 200x figures all turned out well. Evilseed is as expected. Calix is better than I would have guessed. Ceratus isn't bad either.

Loved them all, so great to see so many more figures that are just making my collection larger than ever before!

                                  - I guess the Giants are selling good enough for them to keep pushing them, though I wish the budget for that could've been put into Classics...

Hoverbots: Eh OK but I felt Skeletor should've had a better army builder, they look too toony, IMO. And the fact they will be a traveling con item, I guess the question stands... what Con other than SDCC?
Sssqueeze: He looks great and I love the bendy arms!
Blast Attack: It appears he has slightly chubby armor... but it works for who he is and he looks great!
Oo-Larr: Well as much as he is welcomed, he is just a step more desirable than the Hoverbots. I don't remember so who is that sword for?
                                  Queen Angela: Looks Nice.
Huntara: Definitely enjoying this character and look forward to her next month.
Multi-Bot: Looks great and can;t wait to see what can be done along with Modulok!
Evil Seed: Long overdue and looks good, although I feel his waist area is a slight plain where the last set of abs and waistline meet. Nothing major.
Callix: Yes, I really like him although I would argue just a bit that maybe he should've used the Ram Man buck?
                                  and with that being said...
Ceratus: I feel the same for him as well, the Ram Man buck would;ve served to give him prminence as the Caligar ruler and father to Whiplash but he looks fine.
Peek-A-Blue: She looks great and I just worry about her plume harness may cause some standing issues, as it appeared in the video reveal but hopefully that's not the case. And like in the video they mentioned with her, she still may receive some more paint apps, so here's hoping they go to the skirt for a little bit of muting, and to the boots and bodice decals using the plume's blue. But she looks pretty cool!

The Head Pack: I'm OK with this as it allowed for more tooling to the figures we are getting and it won;t really burn any fan badly. Glad we get a Snout Spout resolution, Buzz Off I guess I can army build with that head, Roboto would be great if we also get a 2.0 body (name it 2ndUBG or NA Roboto) Clawful will be happy to remove the muppet head (I know it was vintage but this one;s better) and for Sy-Klone, I'd like to think of this as his Galactic protector head as he was one of my choices to go off into space with He-man, and I guess a possible army builder for the Gar race????

And now for a character whom I have no connection or initial need for but after seeing her... OH HELL YEAH...

Mara: in my opinion next to Callix (aside from the size issue) she by far (IMO) is the best one on my list! She looks amazing; like her sculpt and her hair mace feature which is pretty cool! And I may be burned at the stakes for saying this but she sure as hell looks like she can give Teela a run for her money in toughness! mean she hair whips a mace, how Badarse is that???

                                  Bravo Mattel on Mara, BRAVO!

All in all I enjoyed all the reveals and just feel that even with the vintage wrapping up, we could probably get another year to finish up NA and even push for ones we never got (Lodar, Garn) and even some new figures as the Horsemen just show how great they can blast them out of them park... even the slightly dull ones! Sign me up for 2016!

I'm so stoked for that Sy-Klone head! Coming from the 200X version, I felt that the Vintage design was so lackluster (except for the 200X ring). That figure was a total letdown. An alternate head, the shoulder rings and the Legacy Stones would have spiced him up considerably!

Same here, as I can also use him as a NA Sy-Klone now or use his vintage head for a Preternian Gar member custom I have in mind.

I am so torn. On one hand, I was ready for the line to end, and to begin work on my display area. Now, they are releasing a 200x Sub and a head pack. I want those. I have such mixed feelings right now.
