What do you think about a Loo-Kee and Filmation Kowl 2-pack? What would you think if Mattel made it the chase figure (ala Spirit of Hordak) of 2014? Discuss!

Meh, They better throw in IMP for me to dig it. Unless it is in some sweet box, has some kick arse accessories or bonus heads for other figures, I am lukewarm on the idea.

I am all for a small two-pack, but fans SHOULD NOT have to go through the same nonsense that they went through trying to get Spirit of Hordak.

I have to agree. While it seems like it would be a good fit, seeing how Lookee likes to hide and watch (Lil creeper that he is ;-) ), I think it just frustrates people more than anything.

I don't understand WHY it has to be a chase. It should simply be offered via day-of sales, ans Sub holders should have the opportunity to buy it first at early release. SCREW THIS CHASE CRAP!!!!

It's interesting how the majority of people here seem to be opposed to chase figures, as it adds to their frustrations, creates artificial demand, and is a general waste of time. Considering the problems faced with buying, why add another reason to not get something you want? I wonder what the majority vote on the other board would be?

I'm ok with the idea. But I don't want the hassle of it being a Chase figure. It's just killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Get them done & out to the fans.

No to the chase idea, I missed SOH the first time only to come home look on the Org and scratch my head wondering what the hell everyone was going on about, and I looked and saw a new Hordak was sold only 10 minutes before I got online.... then realized they were playing a game out of it, and I was a little pissed. I like Translucent figures, they look cool, so I was ticked I didn't know a sale was happening, and even more pissed I missed it. Luckily I was online when the second sale hit, after wasting the entire next day after the original sale looking at Mattycollector....

So, NO, not chase BS. And comparing it to store hunting pissed me off even more, at least you knew or could ask what days the stock trucks came in at a store, so you could have a fighting chance looking to find it.

But yes to a 2-pack....yes to Broom....what I don't want is Razz, I seriously with a passion do not want to have to buy her....if she comes when I go back to picking in 2015....so be it, but I can think of a thousand other characters than her for the rest of 2014.

If it is a 2-pack, perhaps they'll take up an out of sub slot on a month when there aren't any of the mini-Masters for sale. Personally I'm just crossing my fingers that we see Razz, Broom, Kowl and Loo-Kee as that $35 holiday item.

If Razz is the holiday item....I'll be pissed, anyone else, but I don't want to be forced to buy her....she's one MOTU character I seriously can't stand, nor do I want her as a figure.

I can't stand NA characters but I'd take any of them over her.

I nabbed a SoH figure pretty early because I managed to be at the computer to see someone post on Val's forums that he had popped up. I don't really look forward to filmation Kowl being a chase figure, but if it generates web traffic and interest in the line, I'll hope I can get one, but not fret on it. The quality issues and shipping costs have really dulled my collector's need to complete.

If they're packed together then they need Imp or Broom to go with them, a 2-pack isn't enough. Ideally they'll come as accessories in other figures or as part of an SDCC exclusive of some kind.

I'll take them either way I can get them. I just hope they are not chase figures. As for Imp I'm excited for him coming but just so I can buy two and have one to keep and one to destroy.

Word is that Imp would probably be released as a Multipack, with his various forms. Not sure if that will be a SDCC item or something outside of the sub.
