Dare looks so lame and stupid. He looks like just another version of NA He-man. I Imagined the son of he-man to have more barbarian look like his father with some minor differences to tell him apart from his father. Power sword can remain the same. If they reveal Skeleteen next then that will be yet another stupid figure. I love skull face characters but this one just looks awful. Design according to the drawing is horrific due to the fact he sports some kind of trench coat and has a damn neon green mohawk hair style ala Bebop from TMNT. What were they thinking? Yet again I say that son of Skeletor should resemble his father and also be a mix of barbarian/demon with no mohawk hair crap. If there is a world of future eternia of son of he-man then I would like them to keep it in semi barbarian world with some technology and not turn it into NA/punk gangs from earth.
On the final note I want to say how much I hate the names of Dare and Skeleteen. These names sound like utter crap. Dare sounds like a brand of cookies and Skeleteen??? Really??? Could have not come with better names for christ sake. How about we call them tik and tok or even better drop an empty can down the stairs and whatever sound the can makes those will be the names for the sons of he-man and skeletor :joker:

I noticed that flying fists he-man does not have his spinning weapon from the vintage version but instead he has a power sword. I hope they are not cutting costs again because I dont want another power sword but his spinning weapon instead. Also I noticed as well that terror claws skeletor in the ultimate battleground part 2 mini comic has some kind of skull laser rifle in the fight. That kind of weapon did not come with vintage version of the figure and I noticed it was not included with MOTUC one on display. Makes me think they will not include it due to costs yet again
Laser Lights look awesome for damn sure.
Dragstor and Saurod are spot on.
Perfuma looks good.
Talon Fighter playset looks great but I am sure it will cost a lot.Comment

Saurod looks amazing. They really need to get the rights to make the rest of the movie characters. Dragstor looks good. I am a bit disappointed with Laser He-Man. His head looks too small with that armor. I will be putting the standard He-Man head on that figure when I get him. Flying Fists He-Man looks good, but he would have looked better with silver vac-metal armor, which was a big selling point with the original figure. The sports bra on Terror Claws Skeletor looks bad. IMHO, Dragstor looks like a very cheap toy to me, I don't know, probably because his original concept design was bad to begin with, and I think he needed a serious upgrade! Also, TC Skeletor has a bad armor, gloves and a cheaply painted head, he looks more like a bootleg to me... Somebody is getting very lazy!Comment

The Talon Fighter looks perfect. The original Castle Grayskull throne/Zodac's chair would be a nice addition to this set. I'm afraid of what it will cost. I wonder if they will go Attak Trak or Roton next year?
I'm really disappointed in lack of metallic paints for FF He-man and TC SKeletor. Considering He-Man is missing his signature weapon, perhaps these are not final?
I'm fairly happy with the Laser figures, skeletor's hood not withstanding. Knowing they have problems with hoods, why is this still an issue for Mattel? Also, what justifies the $60 price tag? I doubt these will light up. Are they seriously expecting us to pay $8 extra for the two ****ing mini comics we'll collectively wipe our asses with?
Saurod looks amazing, but I agree the chainmail not sculpted on the lower arms makes him look like he is wearing a t-shirt. Also, what is going on in his neither regions? Is he not wearing pants under the copper armor? Ouch! LOL.
Perfuma is a total butterface. Filmation + toy details perfection! Has anyone seen a better pic of her giant flower? I wonder if it will do anything?

I'm surprised Buzz Saw Hordak has a unique torso, especially considering Dragstor doesn't get one. Has anyone seen a pic of his chest open?
Dare, may not the direction I want the line to go in, but seeing the blue pants with that "Techno vest", it somehow works. I wish he was more unique, but at this point he is what he is. What I can not stand is that the Cosmic Key as a gun. Thenurians are a peaceful race, Gwildor is a locksmith, not a weapons manufacturer.
Perhaps it's a good thing he died in teh bioz, as this would certainly give him a heart attack. Laser Light He-Man and Dare seam to share a similar design aesthetic.

That Filmation Trap Jaw is a must have for me, I'm not too keen on the other Filmation figures shown so far.
Hard to tell by only seeing pics on ToyArk, but is it going to be 2 separate subs? a CC sub and a 2.0 sub, or just alternating months??Comment

I am actually thrilled with these reveals. This is exactly what I was hoping for, and with the lower price and the potential for ditching DR, which likely won't happen, I'm totally in for next year. There's not a single disappointing reveal for me, I will sub for both lines and that Snake Mountain is gorgeous. I'm gonna go broke next yearComment

This sums it up for me, it seems like now he's gone , all the things he said were, absolutely impossible are happening , with no big drama , just boom, check out our new filmation line and snake mountain, oh and here's a tallon fighter, oh yeah, here are a bunch of fan choices , Not to mention a new thunder cats line done in classics style , well done Mattel and the horse men , there are a few stinkers but on the whole these reveils are amazing

The panel opened with Mattel subtly throwing TG under the bus and saying how they are transparent now.
Notice...2016 has no Son of He-Man or unexpected "storyline" figures. Everyone that was made was asked for! The Neitlichverse is dead!
And Power-Con NOW has exclusives.
