Could the Four Horsemen get the MOTU License to continue making Classics?

So if MOTUC is cancelled, couldn't the Four Horsemen just pick up the license from Mattel and continue to produce the figures?

Maybe they could do a sales model similar to Mythic Legions. They know there is a market there for these figures, and if Mattel doesn't want to profit on it, then they certainly could.

They could do preorder prepaid Snake Mountain, Fright Zone, vehicles. Just think of the possibilities!!
