Discretional figure giveaway!!

Anybody know of folks in Europe who are on very low income and could not afford subscriptions or even figures? I have some MOTUC MIB here and wish to give them away, though I'd appreciate said person to pay postage. So if you know of anybody deserving, pipe up for your free figure.

Folks who are eligible must meet my criteria: Low fixed income, no subs purchases, few if any figures, big MOTU fan and must not be a dick.

This purely at my discretion.
