is anyone worried about these orders? I just remembered that they cancelled some people's orders the last time mattel shop sold motuc. I got a shipping notice from matty but not from mattel

I only got my shipping notice late yesterday afternoon. Interestingly, the website still shows no orders at all under the profile I created. I figured out that you can get a proper order status by opening a "private window" in your browser of choice, going to the Mattel Shop homepage, scrolling to the bottom and clicking Order Status, then entering your order number (if you have or ever got one) and then your ZIP Code to see your order even if it doesn't show in your profile. This should say "In Warehouse" or "Shipped" or, unfortunately, "Cancelled" for each line item in your order.

If your order does not show in your profile, you have not received any kind of email communication and you did not write down your original order number, you will have to call them to try to get a status. I'm so sorry. Good luck.

...also, if you have not already inferred this, the Mattel Shop website is a wreck of truly profound proportions.
