    Pixel Dan
had a sneak peek this evening at the new Masters of the Universe Classics figures from Super7. The figures were on display at Skeletor's Lair, and will also be shown at SDCC.

MOTUC figures shown in the video include Wrap Trap (based on the Horde "Mummy" concept figure), Karg from the 1987 live-action movie (based on his design from the 1987 magazine comic), Filmation Sorceress, Tung Lashor, Dylamug and Mer-Man.

Dylamug looks fantastic. Glad we got Karg through the loophole though i wish he was in movie colors. Wrap trap looks ok, wasn't even sure he was doable.

On deck, fimation man e faces and hopefully granita doesn't look foolish with big ol rock formations

I do wonder if the "loophole" could also include the STAR movie comic? It had Skeletor's Troopers (in dark blue, brown, and purple colors - depending on the page) and the movie version of Beastman.

If they are able to make "movie" figures based on what they looked like in the Star movie comic, I would be thrilled. Skeletor appeared in his movie costume (with purple and blue toy colors) in the last two issues of the Star comics. Both sets of Movie Troopers (Troopers and Warlords) appeared in that movie comic adaption, and it would be great if they made them. Beast Man only appeared in the movie comic, and he looked very similar to the movie version.

Interesting, but frankly Super 7 has been pretty flaky so far. Dunno that I can give them any more money. Maybe once I have Ultimate Teela in hand.

I will say it is nice that they are making Filmation Sorceress in such a way that she will fit in with Classics, for those who don't have her. Now I just want to know whose face that is, 'cause it ain't the Filmation Sorceress.

Now, then. Do they have permission to do She-Ra characters or not? 'Cause they've already sold Filmation Hordak, now here's Dylamug and Filmation OG style Hordak and FRIGGIN' SHE-RA HERSELF. So how about we try a little honesty, Super 7?

Karg's headsculpt looks fantastic. Can't wait to get him. Wrap Trap looks good, I'm really looking forward to him as I've been a fan of getting any concept figures since day 1.

These all look good to me. So happy about Karg! Thank you, Super7!

I like that Horde Mummy looks like that Palace Guard. Dylamug isn't one I wanted, but he looks ok. So glad it's not ugly Hunga the Harpy. Granita will be awesome. I guess they'll show the sculpt this weekend?

Filmation Sorceress is gorgeous. Mer-Man looks good, and Tung Lashor is necessary.

And the retro Filmation figures look better.

so pumped for these new filmation figures, that Merman looks fantastic and Sorceress looks gorgeous, Tung Lashor is a must, I was not expecting Man-e but it will be a welcomed addition.

i wish dylamug had been through the classicizer. his horde symbol looks nothing like the wrap traps symbol. new characters should be in classics before they are in the filmation line, so it looks like they can do she-ra characters because that's what he is.

Seems like his Horde Symbol is Interchangeable, due to the Blast at the Sorceress wings being from a Horde Insignia. If so, I'm sure that some of our trusted 3D Printing Masters or Casting Experts can make a more Classicized Insignia for him.
But yeah, I wish he was a bit more Classicized...

I don't think it is. he should have been classicized, he looks so goofy & he has the potential to be a real menacing action figure. I guess they figured they would only ever make one so they chose to make him cartoon accurate. sad.

Awesome to finally see Karg get made as an action figure! Dylamug is a bit too cartoony for me. Hopefully the make a Classics version down the road. The Sorceress looks fantastic!

the sorceress's wings look like 1 piece from the back of that video. I really hope they figured out a way to make her wings work. I hate that they are so driven by nostalgia & that opening shot that they insist on ruining her wings like the original motuc sorceress.

I'm curious about this. I won't be shocked if she comes with two sets of wings (one set open, and one set like a 'cape'). I'm fine either way, but am curious on how she will end up looking. Overall, the prototype looks great.

I agree with you, she looks great as is right now.

actually I'm not saying she looks great. I hate that they have her arms outstretched like the cartoon intro, because it means they are so invested in that 1 pose, that they are going to ruin her like they did the classics version.

well, that was interesting (no sarcasm).

Glad to see someone isn't afraid to use a loophole to bring us figures.

I think the figure is actually coming out in 2018, but yes, its great that they revealed the figure this year.
