    Well, it's finally here:

P.S.Well, it isn't really a walkthrough, just an interview...

the new figures look great but i hate this time of year while the reveals are superb the exclusives just piss me off. i can understand the diea behind them but it seems more and more great merch is being walled off from fans of all brands.

hell look at the shirts and stuff in skeletors lair fans have been calling for that for years and its only available this weekend complete BS

Some interesting news about the movie rights. Would be cool if Super7 was able to make a line of movie figures someday.

Why didn't they ask about STRIDOR?? He's a simple repaint

Probably this question was on the list, but Dan was busy sucking up to S7 where he forgot to bring it up! Ooor, those who asked the questions didn't care for it!

Yeah, Dan seems to not ask the important questions with everyone he interviews.

That wasn't a walkthrough at all. It was just an interview. They didn't examine the product together at all. What a joke.

I'm still looking forward to the 5.5 line. sounds like it's going to take a bit longer.

I'm not sure changing Dylamug's look will be well received. probably not a good idea in my opinion.

Yeah, probably a good idea to leave him as is ......... BUT then he's in the wrong wave. As is, he's purely a Filmation interpretation and as such belongs in the Club Grayskull collection. (really, what could they possibly do to make him look any more like he's jumped right out of the cartoon?)
And I'm not saying that like it's a bad thing, there's just no denying that's a Club Grayskull figure as is. Dylamug certainly didn't take a trip through the Classics-izer the way, say a Bow did.
Makes me wonder how Filmationy Granita is going to turn out. My guess is another Club Grayskull figure being passed off as a Collectors Choice figure.

I honestly see no reason why they can't make both. We got two Evilseed figures a year apart from each other.

Changing Dylamug is a really bad idea.

If they wanna include him in the Collector's Choice line, I think it's better to "Classicize" him a little, currently he looks too cartoony for my taste, otherwise it's better to include him in the Grayskull Filmation line as is.

I think what they'll do as far as modifications go is change the Horde emblem to reflect a more Classics style with Hordak's face in the middle, as the emblem that is on there now is straight out of Filmation though granted there is some slight detail given the ridges on the wings.

What I'm curious to know is whether Dylamug will have a Man-E-Faces type of feature to reflect the different visages.

Aside from the Horde insignia, I think they need to Classicize the face and make it less Filmation like. Anyhow, we'll see how things gonna turn out. I think it's going to be a long while until we see the final product.

Ideas on how to "Classicize" Dylamug:
Colors: Adding some different shades of gray and silver to some parts to break down the monochromatic look of his limbs. Nothing too drastic, just having some parts with a slightly darker gray and others with a light silver can help. The Horde Troopers have some silver accents on them.
                    Sculpt:
Adding some Rivets/Panels/vents to his main body and extremities. Nothing too drastic, just enough so it looks like it's supposed to be a robot. The Horde Insignia's proportions would have to be tweaked to work on Dylamug... Not sure if a Normal one or a Horde Trooper one should be used on him. Personally, I'm more inclined for the Horde trooper one since the circle around it kinda looks like the barrel of a gun. The face needs some tweaking, especially the teeth. Make the teeth look more realistic. IF he doesn't have the feature, I'll probably add a piece of clear plastic to make some sort of "glass screen" protecting his face and making him more Arnim Zola, less MODOK.

i don't think they need to make all of those changes. as is, his body looks great & his grey matches the horde troopers.

it's just that horde symbol & that silly face. if they make the entire front piece replaceable he could have 1 front piece that is cartoon & a new motuc front piece that has a motuc horde symbol & a new more robotic face. it would make almost everyone buy two dylamugs & the rest could choose which faceplate to use with him.
