I used to love listening to the Roast Gooble Dinner podcast before Emiliano left and it turned into a public service announcement for Mattel. I miss listening to quality discussions about all things MOTU buy people in the know. Unfortunately, I'm not known in the fan community, nor am I one of these people 'in the know', otherwise I'd put my hand up to be involved. Instead, I'm going to selfishly go out on a limb here and say that now this awesome new site is up, would there be people willing to do a podcast for hemanworld.com? Think about it guys! You'd already have 1 faithful listener chomping at the bit waiting to hear what you all have to say!

I have set up a forum for Podcast & Video Reviews in the Fan Community section on the main page. We will be posting some podcasts in the very near future, and fans who have done podcasts and video reviews of their own are more than welcome to begin posting there now.

Thanks for listing the other podcasts Jukka. I'll give some of them a try. I just listened to the latest Global Masters podcast, and I plan to try a few of the others as well.


I got to say though, I do miss Chris Vint's Chronicles podcast & always found it peculiar they pulled the plug on that podcast right around the same time they were supposed to interview Scott....Coincidence??

I miss Eric Treadaway and Toyguru as guests. Eric, in particular, explained the thoughts behind the figures and acknowledged if Mattel or the 4H have heard any fan outcries about the creative direction of the figure. I really miss that. It feels good when they know that we want an new King Hsss with the Earl Norem snakes or Cloak and Dagger Evil-Lyn.

The only guys doing Podcasts now are Council of the First ones, Global Masters and Masters Cast. I had no idea about Whispers in the Woods. At all! How long was that going on?

I might've missed something, but what actually happened to RGD? Did it really just become a sales pitch service? Will it resurface for the sub drive in August? I used to listen to it regularly and then it just stopped. I've seen a lot of comments about Val and his heavily pro-Mattel stance and have read Emilano's blog but am still a bit fuzzy on what went on there.
