Has anyone picked up the Roton set yet? If so, how do you like it?
It’s been released here in Canada, but I’m holding out for a sale like the Wind Raider set went on sale up here.
Right now full price for the Roton set is $39.99, I’d rather put that money towards Origins figures once they’re released in my neck of the woods.

Preorders for the Point Dread set is $59.99 here, not sure if it’s been spotted in stores here yet. How about in the States?

Roton ($30) and Point-Dread ($50) sets are still under the pre-order status at EE's online site here in the States, and I don't know if they're already available at other regular stores? I'm gonna buy a copy of each at first, and then buy more copies when they go on sale.

What are the latest single figures that have been released?
Last singles I’ve seen (and are still available at TRU in Stittsville) was the wave with Moss Man.

Also, anyone have any pics of their MOTU Mega Construx collection? I never did get the castle ($230 CAD here), and I still don’t have Roton or the Talon Fighter set. I’m only going to bite if they go on sale, like I did with Wind Raider (got it for $20 CAD when regular price is $32 CAD).

I just ordered the Hero wave four MOTU mini figures from eBay last night, it includes Evil-Lyn (200X colors), Fisto, Stinkor, BA Faker, and Snake Armor Teela. There is also wave 5 Stratos figure with the red wings already out, and I might get him either from eBay or Amazon later on!

I'm still waiting for a little discount on the Roton and the Talon-Fighter/Point-Dread sets before I pick them up, at least on the Roton set so I can pick up a few at once for army building purposes. Some people have reported some missing pieces from the earlier batch, which is also one of the reasons why I'm delaying the purchases for now!

I snagged Roton and Point Dread the moment I saw them as I want to support this line.

Finally got my wave 4 figures from BBTS; Fisto and Stinkor rock, and Evil-Lyn is nice as far as repaints go. Teela...well, so I have a spare now, so that is nice?
Not every beast is tender, especially if there is genius in his making.

I cannot remember for sure, but I think the first released Teela didn’t have the Snake Armor on. Only the Green Goddess had it in the Castle Grayskull set... Therefor the new variant is worth having.

I somehow have a plain Teela, Green Goddess and a snake armor Teela with lighter colored accessories than this latest version. Looks like she came with Battle Bones? I literally had to look this up, there have been so many variants/repaints I could not remember!

Yeah that's true, the Battle Bones set, I totally forgot about that one, and I have it as well, but it's still sealed. ;-b

I finally snagged both of the Roton and the Talon-Fighter/Point-Dread sets when they were 20% off, but I haven’t assembled any of them yet.
Eventually I’ll be picking up more of the Rotons to army build.

Congrats. I’m still waiting for a sale up here.

incredibly frustrated with this line though, even more difficult to find than Origins figures

Have you tried Amazon?!... That’s where I got my sets from.
Granted the minifigure series are harder to find.

Amazon.ca generally sucks for sales and in many cases is nothing like it’s American counterpart when it comes to sales, or product availability for that matter.

Interesting!... I wonder why it's like that in Canada?!

I’m guessing it’s population size. There’s just not enough of us Canadians to bother offering us everything you Americans get, I’d gather

i.e. There’s more people living in California than all of Canada

Or Canadians don't shop online as much as we do here toys wise... At least you have TRU still operating in Canada.
