New 2 pack idea

I'm subscribed to receive info/news and what not from Mattel Creations.

And one of the latest notifications is something about a Ken and Barbie two pack.

That has me thinking. Why not a King Randor and Queen Marlena two pack?

That would be awesome Midor. Not sure how much others would be interested though. There are several different versions of those two characters and also color variations so it could get really wild.

Again, I like the idea that you came up with but I also recommend some homages to the JCPenney two packs so that some folks can get some of the figures who really haven't shown up anywhere

No offense to playsets, beasts or steeds you do four 2 packs. The first 3 are two lesser popular or known THEN in Q4 do the Royal two pack.

Not a bad schedule at all. Doesn't even have to be lesser known or popular characters. The NA two packs usually had one of the big two plus a Mutant or Guardian to get some interest on those second tier figures.

There were also 2-packs that had a cassette tape with a story to help sell toys. Instead of a cassette, maybe a USB shaped like a book or something with pdf files of the mini comics instead.

I think the idea of a vehicle/Beast + a figure two pack like the Ground Ripper/Mekaneck or Adam/Sky Sled works well to push for more vehicles/beasts/creature in the line which is I'm a big fan of.

So the idea already exists in Origins like the Teela/Zoar and Skeleor/Screeech sets, and don't also forget the upcoming Skeleton Warriors two pack, and the not so successful release of Keldor/Kronis 2 pack Target exclusives.

3-4 packs are also out there with the Rulers of the Sun and the Snake Men.

If they need to do more of the two packs for figures, they have to make sense, and since this is an action-play line, Battle Armor Randor/Marlena two pack would sound good if not great IMHO.

The could also do a 4-pack with Randor, Marlena, Adam and Adora. As a bonus they could add Cringer.

A royal family isn't out of the question yet. 200x has 3 new variants available plus Adora. I also think Marlena has 2 variants different from filmation. Then the mini comics has several paint variants and at least an older Randor sculpt as well.

We got a horde 4-pack of color variants so either way, a bonus of Cringer would be a great inclusion.

The could also do a 4-pack with Randor, Marlena, Adam and Adora. As a bonus they could add Cringer.

And they'd should also come with a tea set, and might as well add two thrones and two chairs so the royal family would enjoy watching the other character battling each other while they're sipping tea!
Then Mattel have to find an excuse to offer an Eternos playset! ... Hey, you've started it!

Do we just dream big and go for a ten pack? I never even seen the bottom four of that list in stores. I wonder how many folks are missing an origins Faker, Tri-klops, Trapjaw, or Mer-Man or just want extras of any of the ten.

I was have ass joking about the 10 pack but absolutely would not mind a four pack with those last four characters. Tri-klops has especially gotten ridiculously priced to hunt down
