I'd really love to collect them all if they just re-release the older figures as well.
I really like their quality and looks. I only have my top two cyborg characters on the shelf at the moment, Trap-Jaw and Man-E-Faces.
This toy line has a lot of potential to produce playsets, giants, beasts and vehicles without allocating a lot of display space and spending tons of crazy money if they're just easily available online to purchase.

I'm absolutely hooked on these figures but man they take forever until release (if you can find them.)
I like that they did a better job on chase figures this wave but I still think King Randor shouldn't be a chase unless it was one with blue arms or something different from the standard edition.
ETA: from my understanding of the pre-order description..if you order a case then 4 will still have blacked out windows.
(Masters of the Universe Wave 2! 3.25" collectible figurines with multiple points of articulation, plus accessories and collector's cards. Each PDQ will have 8 window boxed, and 4 blacked out window boxed units.)“Collective fear stimulates herd instinct, and tends to produce ferocity toward those who are not regarded as members of the herd.” ~Bertrand Russell

So I finally was able to make it to hot topic and all that they had left was two Rammy's.
I hate to be the complainer but in person he doesn't really seem like the first wave, in all honesty I think he looked like a gumball machine toy. That with the price hike made me want to skip these altogether...“Collective fear stimulates herd instinct, and tends to produce ferocity toward those who are not regarded as members of the herd.” ~Bertrand Russell

So was there any Loyal Subjects MOTU at SDCC?
I love the look of these little guys, but the blind box really killed it for me here in Canada. I would have had to import an entire case and still not guarantee I’d get all the characters. Secondary market prices put these little guys at almost $50 CDN each after shipping, if you could even find a seller actually willing to sell outside of the States (now there’s a rant for another time). Hot Topics up here only seemed to get a single case per store up here, but there’s only a handful of Hot Topics nation wide anyways, so wave one was pretty much unattainable.
It’s great that the boxes are no longer blind boxed for the latest wave and is actually available at TRU up here, but with so many heavy hitters in wave one, there’s just too many holes to fill to jump on board now, unless there’s some news about wave one rereleases.
I was hoping there’d be something out of SDCC regarding Loyal Subjects.
