  • Defenders of Eden's Armies of Ashmore upcoming toys!

I haven't read the comics yet (Defenders of Eden), but these just look amazing, and some say they've been sculpted by the Four Horsemen Studios (or helped in the designs/sculpts process):
More pics and info can be seen here:

They are currently out of my league, and I don't wanna invest in another amazing looking line like this one with a future commitment, but it's amazing to see this happening these days, especially if you have a lot of expandable income and space to spare.

I myself love seeing new IP's coming out with some fresh take on fantasy and sci-fi toys instead of the old boring properties dominating the toy market over and over again.

    Saw this.

I've got a couple of the Defender of Eden comics.

Even if I was in good position to get them I wouldn't. Out of my price range.

I had to fight off strong urges to buy $45 USD (62.23$ Canadian) wrestling figures. High end looking ones.

I was like well, if I say I shouldn't get those then I have no right in getting these much more expensive dinos.

And that's the thing with these smaller/small time companies/business. The product is expensive.

If I was rich or a whale then that's different. But that's another topic for another thread.

      Were the comics any good?

Sometimes those high priced items makes you rethink the hole hobby since almost every toy line is heading into that direction regardless if the companies that are making them small or ginormous!

I don't remember. Feels like forever since I read them. I believed I liked the concept. The intent. I think that's what drew me into it.

I wish there were digital kindle versions that I can explore…
