Well not exactly, but this new Cosmic Legion's new character Opor-A-Tiv83 is hugely based on the design of MOTU's Man-E-Faces, and he's awesome IMHO, and here are the details from TNI:
The third reveal for the Cosmic Legions: Outpost Zaxxius wave is the Opor-A-Tiv83 Figure from the Four Horsemen which will debut first at Power-con 2023! You can still pre-order Cosmic Legions Wave One from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com!
"The third figure from the upcoming Cosmic Legions: Outpost Zaxxius wave is a double reveal - not only will this figure be part of this new wave’s preorder, but this is also the first of this year’s Power-Con debut figures. This is Opor-A-Tiv83!
This Bleeder’s Guild spy is a standard figure which will be $37 in the StoreHorsemen preorder. He comes with a single body and 3 distinct heads (including one which is being seen here for the very first time) that can be swapped out to change his look and aid him in his covert missions! He also has a removable dome helmet and weapon.
For those attending Power-Con in Columbus, OH this year (Aug 11-13), we will also have a very limited number of these for sale at the show, just as we have done in past years at this event. This early release will be the same figure as the preorder (with all the same parts and deco), but the packaging will be different on the Power-Con release - and of course the Con version will be in fans’ hands well before the Outpost Zaxxius preorders ship!

Something of a mystery even among other members of the Bleeder’s Guild, Opor-A-Tiv83 uses advanced illusion technology to alter his appearance, voice, and mannerisms. This technology allows him to infiltrate even the most secure locations in his efforts to gather intelligence for the Bleeder’s Guild.
Opor-A-Tiv83’s most recent mission brought him to an undisclosed T.U.5.C.C. facility. Donning a suit of T.U.5.C.C. armor, he was able to uncover startling secrets that the organization had been keeping hidden. As he was leaving the complex, Opor-A-Tiv83’s presence was detected and an alert was put out for his capture and immediate return to the facility. This spy now finds himself on the run, armed with a secret that will either lead to his destruction or a hefty payday from his employers.
