He-Man can breath a little easier today. It is being reported by Variety Magazine that the merger between Hasbro and DreamWorks Animation has fallen through. Neither party is saying why talks fell apart, but industry analysts are suggesting that DreamWorks was asking for too much money. Hasbro was willing to pay $2.3 billion for the merger, but DreamWorks was asking for about $3 billion. You can read more over at Variety.com by clicking HERE!
